Calming coaching questions during a pandemic

No doubt you are feeling confused and uncertain at the moment with regards to the pandemic.
Recognise what is going on for you and become aware of what it is you experience around your thoughts and feelings without stressing. See if you can invite and accept them and then separate them from other thoughts and feelings.
Anxiety often comes from fear, and considering what we are going through right now it is a normal reaction to an abnormal situation.
1. What will help me right now in this moment?
2. What can I trust now?
3. What resources do I have within myself both internally and externally to help me stay calm and present?
4. which steps can I take to help myself right now?
5. AND BREATHE
Some clients prefer to write the answers and questions down to get an objective view of how they are thinking and feeling.
